Policies and General Information

Deposits/Payment

A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of reservation to hold your cottage. Full balance is due upon arrival.

All deposits for the upcoming summer season are due by February 15th.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit will be refunded if cottage can be re-rented, minus $10 on weekly rentals. The earlier we know, the better chance of re-renting.

Occupancy Limits

The Department of Health has set occupancy limits on cottages, please do not exceed cottage limits or we will ask people to leave. Do not place furniture on porches to make more floor space for people. The Health Department counts children under 2 as people.

Check In/Out

Check in Time: 4PM, Check Out Time: 10-11 AM

Guests/Visitors

All overnight guests or visitors must be registered with the office by 9 P.M. on day of arrival. Only registered guests (Not your Visitors) may use our swimming area and watercraft.

Nightly Rentals

We prefer to rent by the week but will take nightly reservations one week before arrival date.Two Day Minimum.

Amenities

You supply your own bed linens, towels, soaps, paper products and toiletries.

Absolutely no blankets or other articles are to be removed from the cottages. Please provide your own beach towels and lawn blankets.

Pets

Please, NO PETS, yours or your guests. Boarding is available in nearby Eagle Bay at Bed, Bark, and Beyond

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is your responsibility. Cleaning supplies are in each cottage. Upon departure, cottages are expected to be left the same as found upon your arrival.

Watercraft

Use of our watercraft is a complimentary courtesy on a first come basis. Provided life preservers must be worn. Please put away all items after use for others to use. No boats are allowed in swim area.

Fires

No fires permitted except in the lakeside fireplace.

Recycling

Recycling is required by local law. A $50 fee will be charged on your next visit if you fail to recycle during your stay.

Tents

No tents or sleeping in vehicles is permitted.
